* Daily rentals are generally not available
unless the rental is VERY short notice for a
period that is not booked (5 day maximum
advance notice).
** Weekly rates are for Saturday check-in and
check-out ONLY.
**** Winter rate is for a single month. Previous
year's winter guest has right of first refusal.
Rates do NOT include the cleaning fee , or the
Lodging Tax All reservations must be
accompanied by a $250.00 deposit.
Full payment must be received 20 days prior
to occupancy. Reservations made less than
14 days in advance of occupancy must be
accompanied by full payment.
